Hello and welcome! My name is Christina Mehlhorn.
During my freshman year of college, I took important time to allow myself to explore my various academic interests in the College of Arts and Sciences at Boston University in Boston, Massachusetts. At the end of my second semester, I finally discovered what course of study I wanted to follow for the rest of my college career. Because Boston University did not have the specific area of study to support my passion, I decided to allow my academics to take me to the Stockbridge School at the University of Massachusetts Amherst where I will complete a degree in Sustainable Agriculture with a concentration in Urban Agriculture and Agricultural Policy with a minor in International Relations. Although I have chosen to formally pursue a more scientific field, I plan to continue to explore and develop my artistic abilities outside of the classroom. To demonstrate these abilities I have chosen to compile a portfolio in order to showcase my interests. I hope to inspire others to continue to pursue all forms of interests regardless of their academic field.
